How can my client access his or her money prior to retirement or separation from service?

Subject to the terms of the employer’s plan, your client may be able to take an in-service withdrawal or a plan loan.

Your client can find out if the plan permits in-service withdrawals or loans, and can initiate a request by logging on to his or her account through this website or by calling the PlanConnect® Service Center at (800) 923-6669. Your client will also need to submit any paperwork your organization requires to process the transaction.
