PlanConnect® - Online Privacy Policy

PlanConnect® provides administrative support for employee retirement plans. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the personal information we collect about plan participants.

Safeguarding Personal Information

In the course of providing services to employee retirement plans, we may acquire personal information about plan participants, including names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and Social Security numbers, employer identification numbers, and information about plan investments. We will protect the confidentiality of all personal information we collect about plan participants in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We will not sell or rent personal information about plan participants or share information with a third party for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising. However, we may disclose personal information to PlanConnect®'s service providers and affiliates as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Our Use of Cookies, Web Beacons and Clear GIF or Tracking Pixels

We may collect information about how you use our Website. We may obtain this information by tracking which pages you view at which times and similar data through our Web server software and cookies, web beacons and clear GIFs or tracking pixels. A cookie is a small data file that a Website can send to the browser on your computer when you link to that Website. It is not a computer program. A cookie does not extract personal information about you, such as your name and address, from your computer. Encryption technology scrambles transmissions so it is incomprehensible to third parties.
